15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • It must include all original tags.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as custom screen exposure, custom screen kits, etc.).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was originally shipped for free, the costs incurred by our company to ship the order will be deducted from the refund total. Prior to confirming your order, we recommend reaching out to us to inquire about the specific shipping cost for your order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post it to your account.
